Can you try running mini cycles:
Ex. 3 day famine wt x 6-8 cals
10 day feast wt x 20-15 descending style
8 day cruise maint cals
3 days overtrain like 10 sets if 10
10 days eod wkts to hit a new max test day 10
8 days drop wt in half and double reps to maintain
just an idea.
Also what if you want to cut? Hiw/ can use the blueprint differently??

A. You certainly can, however I recommend your first run be by the book or close to it given the nearly 100% success rate seen w/it. Then, by all means feel free to experiment to see what works best for YOU!!!

A. Not a fan of this idea... tried this before and nearly ran myself into the ground. Might be a good recipe for Acute Rhabdomyolosis, if ya' know what I'm sayin'...
