I am confused on what to do for the GLP #1. Does anyone have a sample of what a weeks workout should look like? I get that (Workout 1: 6 sets as follows- 50%x10, 54%x8, 61%x8, 66%x8, 73%x8, 78%x8) should be used for bench and squat but what do I do other than bench and squat? Basically I am confused on where to add Bi's tri's abs's back shoulders Exc. Help please. Oh ps i am confused one EDT what is it?
Ok i have been reading over it again and again, i am probably just a bad reader or there is so much information that i cant remember everything but i looked and there is a section on EDT.

as far as your other lifts, the outline only has your basic big lifts, bench, squat, dl, etc.
As far as your bis, tris, etc,.... you can incorporate them as you want/see fit. For example, if you do upper body one day, lower body the other, or bis and back one day and tris and chest the other.... etc...
It just isnt outlined in the BP. But you can still tweak it to fit a similar method with your other lifts.
