I can't wait, really excited to see what this edition holds. As for the workout did squats 6 sets of 2 at 250 lbs, and did 6 sets of 8 deadlifts at 200. Then moved on to leg extesions and leg curls 5 sets of 8. Then did calf raises and abs to end. All in all a good workout for a week off.

Great work!!!

Now do resist the temptation to turn this into something more than a workout. You're going to be in there with the endorphins doing their thing and it's real easy to step it up from there.

You know what I'm saying here... just lookin' out for you.

'Cause I'm good like that... :)

Havent updated in a while, but I pulled my hamstring and my quad on my left leg, I guess it is true that the older you get the more you need to stretch. I didnt stretch before a softball game so I have been doing the dixie cup with ice for some treatment, getting better.

That being said, I have been taking it easy on the legs, only doing light weight and focusing on doing stretching movements for the hamstrings.

On the upper body, I just finished 2 sets of 2 at 280 lbs for bench and did my arm edt with 95 lbs 6 sets of 5. (Both new highs for me) 8)

Looking forward to the cruise and then time off before starting my next run. Hopefully it will take me well into the summer. I have my fitness test for work coming in August and I want to set new records for myself. In case you were wondering for work I will be tested in 6 areas.

1. mile and a half run
2. bench press
3. vertical run
4. pushups in a minute
5. situps in a minute
6. 300 meter sprint

I am ranking in the middle in all areas and want to be on the higher side. ( Gets me a little bonus)

One more thing to note, I am down to 200 lbs.

Alright finished up the russian with strong gains in all areas. On Bench had a max of 270 going into and did 300 to finish, 30 lbs not bad. Stayed the same weight between 202 - 207 lbs and squat 350 to 390lbs. Not bad for not focusing that much on legs. So I am going to start cruise for three weeks and then take 10 days off and start all over. Want to be above 300 lbs on bench by september and below 200 in my weight. Want to take slow so that I don't have any injuries. Feeling some soreness in shoulder after doing 300lbs what is a good joint supplement and where do I get it, online or at store? Any advice on this would be great because knees are starting to hurt a little after squats and running.

A. Pick up AskMass's Nordic Natrual's Fish Oil and/or SuperCissusRx. Problem solved!

FAVOR: Would you consider posting a review up on body building dot come? Would help so much..

Either way, I'm just happy... you're happy :)
