Not bad for a 150lb guy,lol. Thought I could get a little more on BP, but i'm happy with the total outcome!!!! Taking a couple days off then starting GLP#1.

SQ from 225 to 295 ( Major improvement on SQ!!!! ) Never really worked legs hard but love it now.
Even dead lifts went up......

I noticed a previous workout you did 265 * 6 reps and then did your max at 275. Did you have a bad day maxing, or was that 265x6 a typo? Either way, good lifts!

Trust me It's not a typo, I had no spotter on the day I was doing my 1RM, and barely squeezed off the 1 rep, I did not take a rest day in between the last few workouts and it definately showed on my BP. The day I Benched 265 for 6 reps felt good, Goes to show you how important rest is. Thanks for the praise!
