Allie's 2nd BP run

Post by allieninja »

Hi everyone,

Going to give this another try. Missed a bunch of workouts in run #1 so I'm blaming my lack of real progress only on myself.

Started famine yesterday, and did workout #1 this morning.

Squats supersetted with 1 arm DB rows:
squats: 95x5, 105x5, 105x5
rows: 45x5x3
2 min rest between sets

bb bicep curl: 55x5
incline db curl: 15x6 (probably should've went heavier)
standing alt db curl: 25x6 (should've went heavier on these too)

Last run I did famine diet at 1200 calories. I don't know if I ever truly went into "famine". I'm going to try to do it at 8x bodyweight with the big boys this time, which is approximately 1040 calories. It's going to suck a lot, but I'm hoping it will pay off.

Rob says I should try to not get more than 30g of protein a day during famine - screwed up a little yesterday and got ~34. My bf cooked dinner w/ chicken mixed in it (by mistake) so I had about 2oz of chicken which set me over the edge. Hoping to stay meatless for the rest of famine.

Will post more about my plans for this run during this week - I'm feeling a bit under the weather (since Friday, nothing to do with BP) so I don't feel like thinking/typing haha.

Back for more, are ye?!

I just got through my 2nd famine (well, 3rd really); did it different than the past 2 times - way easier in fact lol... too much cals/protein. I think it worked anyways.

I cut out the triceps exercises from workout #2 as well because as women we don't have as much muscle in the chest/shoulders/arms as guys, and i dunno about you but after doing 4 supersets of bench press with shoulder press my tris are destroyed. (thats pretty much what i wanted to ask you about in your last run to see what you thought).

what supps you runnin this time?

I don't remember from last time actually, but my arms have a good amount of muscle to them as compared to my chest... so I guess we'll see.

Supps this time are just E-Bol/cbol creatine and "The Formula", and of course my multi/fish oil/all that stuff.

In other news, famine, I hate you.

3.0 DID land in my inbox, and now I'll have plenty of time to read it, because...

I have to go on Prednisone and Z-pack for my ears starting today. Rob says to discontinue Famine/Blueprint in general while I'm on it. WEAK. But, Doctor's orders ;)

Speaking of which, Rob you should really get a Dr. in SOMETHING, anything, so we can call you Dr. Mix and mean it.

I've been called "Dr. Doom", given my outlook on life.

Will that work? :)

Haha for real. I totally missed the acquiring of the third one, that was confusing at once. Does he have a name yet?

There ya' go.. the "Corporate America" alter-ego that periodically injects his aqueous-like, fast acting personality into meetings and such.

He's kinda' shifty too... :)

Officially off the Prednisone and Azithromycin, ears are all cleared up, good to start BP again!

Starting up famine Monday, and then all geared up to do some SERIOUS work for the remainder.

Here's the workout plan I'll be following during feast:
https://www.t-nation.com/free_online_...tdown_training

In addition to that, I'll be cycling to work (12 miles in NYC, approx. 70-75 minutes) hopefully 5x a week. If it rains I can't cycle, so I can't guarantee 5x per week, but looking to do it whenever possible.

I'll also be following the couch to 5k program on my days off from lifting, which will be Wednesdays, Saturdays, and Sundays.

Revised supplement plans are:

-Upon start of Feast (Saturday April 2), will start taking double doses of E-bol for the first 2 weeks, then for the remainder of the contest, single doses.

-cbol creatine will be double doses for the first week (maybe 2), then single doses on workout days only (will supplement with Creatine Mono on off days).

-Pump-bol will start on April 2 as well, on workout days. Will be sure to space out the cbol creatine and Pump-bol, as to not OD on nitrates. Will probably do Pump-bol pre-wo, 1 dose of cbol creatine post-wo, other dose of cbol creatine pre-bed for the first week, and then take away the pre-bed dose for the remainder.

-Dicana will start 2 weeks after feast begins, which is April 16, and will run for the remainder of the contest. Will be taking 3 capsules daily - morning, afternoon, night.

-For T Booster I will be using Controlled Labs' Blue Up stim free. 2 caps 45 minutes pre-wo.

-"The Formula" as directed

If anyone has other dosing suggestions for me I'm all ears!

Didn't read the link but it appears to be meltodown training. A variant of Lactic Acid tolerance training I use in some of my customized programs.

Bring the heave bucket, but works like a charm... :)
