weight no weight rest day
drank a lil bit too much
day 43 weight 181..(lol)
lost alot of water weight from throwing up..
ate a ton today and drank well over a gallon of water.. back up to 188 tonite.
which should mean somewheres around 185-186 in the mourning.

I'm fairly happy.. my Bench press isn't where id like it to be at.My chest does seem to be growing in size so hopefully that will translate to some increased strength. My Dead lift is progressing according to the loading pattern So im very happy there. And overall i'm happy with my progress it seems like im slightly leaning out.
This loading pattern for GLP 2 i dunno it seems like i'm not working out my chest hard enough except on the days @ 80%. I think between the two I like GLP 1 better.

OK. Let's give it 2 more weeks. Then, we'll do a little check in to see if anything needs to be tweaked.
If you need something sooner, just let me know. That's why I'm/We're here now, I think?
