"The Franchise", his Corporate America alter-ego. Came in handy in the ER when they needed "persuading" to loosen the restraints... :)
You are a little bit scary, but at least you're not boring ;)
Some of them love me, some of them hate me.

All I ask is that you feel strongly either way, b/c I don't do the halfway thing.... :)

Today was almost a bust. Had a coffee this morning, got to work and just couldn't shake off the tiredness. Chugged 2 servings of White Flood and still had to force myself to go down to the gym. But at least I did it!

Dumbbell Decline Bench Press 35.0x5,45.0x5,45.0x5,45.0x5,45.0x5
Dumbbell Shoulder Press 30.0x5,30.0x5,30.0x5,30.0x5,30.0x5
Barbell Close Grip Bench Press (static hold at top of movement) 125.0x1 - 10 second hold

I think the E-Bol is definitely helping me recover from these heavy sets - no soreness at all from Tuesday's workout today. I increased reps on chest and upped weight on triceps, so that's good news!

I had to go lighter on shoulders because I couldn't even get the 35s up today, so I concentrated on good form and lowering the weights slowly like Mix suggests for maximum muscle growth. I figure if I'm not lifting my max I can at least concentrate on getting the best reps possible.

If I have to invent a new one to maintain my focus, I'll do it. Keep in mind this will be #4 though....

Btw I figured out why I was so tired/lethargic last week. Nothing to do with my tolerance to stims: PMS. lol, I ALWAYS forget about it and every month I wonder, "wtf is wrong with me? why am I so tired?" And then without fail... I'm always like ohhhhhh yeah when friday hits, lol.

So next month when I'm complaining about the same thing, you can remind me it's almost time for aunt flo to arrive in town.

Thanks haha

Stayed up last night doing my e-learning for the SCUBA trip later this week. After I was done I was so excited I couldn't fall asleep until like 2:30. Well, that and my bf's snoring ;) So I woke up super late and didn't make it to the gym today :( Will hit it tomorrow, and definitely at least Thursday at the hotel (first part of the trip is a business meeting), hopefully Wednesday as well if we don't have any travel snafus.

Going to cycle off E-bol and cbol creatine for 3 weeks and start them up again when feast hits on my second Blueprint run. Will be starting that shortly after I get back from vacation. Blueprint will start 3/14 with famine and then 3/19 I will start supplements back up again at the beginning of feast. Going to do a 2 week mini-bulk for the beginning of feast, and then concentrating on cutting starting April 4. Pump-Bol and Dicana will both start most likely April 4 with the start of this cut.

I Discussed this "mini-bulk" with Rob briefly and he thinks it's a good idea - I just don't know how to implement it yet as far as the workouts are concerned, to get the most muscle growth out of that small period of time. Also for diet, obviously I'll be eating over maintenance but I don't know how much yet.

Hoping for Pump-Bol to give me a strength boost for weights, since I'll be also doing 75 minutes of cardio right before the gym every day starting April 4 - commuting by bike 12 miles to the office. This will obviously allow me to eat more calories while cutting, which I'm looking forward to. But again, I don't know how much yet, so when Rob and I figure it out I will post up better details.

Hoping Bioforge v3 will be out by the time I start feast again to spare me as much muscle as possible during the cut, and looking forward to the most updated version of "The Formula" from Rob.

Unless you're REALLY good at eating like me (aka: put stoners to shame), I don't think you'll gain too much weight in that 2 week mini bulk. The cut should be a piece of cake considering you're already quite fit and I doubt your ability to put on over 15lbs in 2 weeks (my record: 20lbs, 21 days... I'm an idiot). You'll only have maybe 10lbs total to cut, factoring in the mini bulk and what you're at now (assuming you wanna get mo' ripped).

Plan should work out well for you :D
