workout B

Squats
5X5 192LBS

Leg sled
1 static hold for 6-10 sec
192lbs

Seated cable rows
5x5
120lbs

preacher curl
1 static hold for 6-10seconds (can hold up to 45sec)
80lbs

calve raise
1 static hold for 6-10 seconds (can hold up to 45sec)
180lbs

Abs/Core
- Hold with as much weight as possible for 6-10 seconds.
90lbs

workouts seem to be getting harder now with same weight
noticed it said to keep supplements to minimum in cruise so i've only been taking a multi and purple wraath for energy pre workout
guess this could be why

I was confused by this so I consulted Mixelflick.

Here's what he said...

"Telly Bobby this is a sign... time to insert and extra rest day between workouts..."

says 6 to 7 workouts for cruise phase, so i suppose todays the day I graduate from run #1!

then it will be back to the resting weeks and into round 2!!

any small workouts to help maintain the muscle i've gained?
dieting tips?
it may be around 3 weeks because i'm going on a small road trip

gained 8-10 lbs
