can someone explain symptoms of CNS burnt out please.

CNS = central nervous system

burnt out = ???

Here is what i feel Scoot

1. Inability to lift what I normally lift like i normally lift it even though i feel like i could lift it
2. lack of desire to go to gym, general malaise while in the gym
3. niggling pains
4. not satisfied with my work efforts post work out regardless of performance
5. desire to binge on junk food

Hank nailed it.

You'll also likely observe the following:

1.) Joints aching
2.) Feeling "shaky" once you get into the 90th percentile stuff
3.) Tough getting out of bed in the morning

Especially once you hit the dreaded 40... :)

do you supplement to correct or build up your CNS or is it just a matter of resting ?

Is this another way to describe being over trained because there are striking similarities of your description.

That helps, yes. You want lecithin granuals here, IMO. BIU! is also a solid addition in recovering the CNS, which is why I favor it so much for cruise coming off your Feast PR's..

All of the above symptoms will present as signs of over-training. Your body will speak to you.... listen to her.

Because she's one of the few women that won't lie to you... :)

Time off is good but once i take 3 days off i get very anxious. I have has success in the past by totally changing my routine and getting out of the 85-90% range

Low weight higher reps. More cadrio etc

I read a great article on Tnation about this subject.. i will post when i find

Great workout today fast pace no rest skin tearing pump

weight at 264.

Incline DB BP super set with Prone Rows
85x10x5//145x10x3/x8x2

Delcine Bench Press// wide grip pull downs
255x5x2// 185x10x2

Tricep extensions rope // db curls
60x20x2// 25x25x2

Overhead press
75x25x4

Tricp extensions angled bar// reverse grip pull downs
50x20x3// 135x20x3

pumps were painful!

Little HIIT today

5 Min warm up then did a 45 sec on / 90sec off routine

8 sets

Run @ 9.2 for the 1st 3
Run @ 8.5 for the next 2
Run @ 7.7 or 3

very exhausting, ran last to sets a full 15 grade on dread mill

Sick lower workout today..am exhausted

Calories been hovering around 1800-2000 per day for the week
