day 24 rest day.. visiting with my sister.. will make it to the gym tomorrow.

day 25 rest day.. its looking like GLP 2 will take a LONG time to Finnish 80 days if I were to maintain an every other day pattern throughout.
wondering if that's really the best idea.

I'm wondering if I make it through before my body tells me to back off..

Ez bar curl 65lbs 6 6 6 6
Tricep extension 6 6 6 6

REALLY good pump in the gym today..

rack pull static hold 360 x20secs


abs 155x 5 x5 x5 165 x5 30 sec static hold..
