day 24 rest day.. visiting with my sister.. will make it to the gym tomorrow.

day 25 rest day.. its looking like GLP 2 will take a LONG time to Finnish 80 days if I were to maintain an every other day pattern throughout.
wondering if that's really the best idea.
I'm wondering if I make it through before my body tells me to back off..

rack pull static hold 360 x20secs
