Currently on day two of my famine and enjoying it, gettting used to the idea so it isn't so bad. I just wanted to note that my Bench went from 250 to 280 for 2 reps with a little help on the second at the end of the glp 2. Squat went from 235 to 270 in the same time frame. The numbers didn't jump much in the first pattern but the second one really got me. I changed up the widths of grip and stance and it had a huge impact.
