I'm in day 3 of famine and I took in about 900 calories over my target cals. I'm still under maintenance by about 500 and I still kept pro under 40. Last two days I was under my target cals and under 30g pro. Should I just keep on trucking? Extra cardio tomorrow?
I felt like hell today and really wanted to avoid getting sick so I took in more cals fearing I was really run down(that's my story and I'm sticking to it).
Yes. The Saturday and Sunday leading into my famine were pretty low cal also. Saturday I was at least 1000 below maintenance and very low pro and Sunday I was closer to maint. and maybe 100 g/pro. I ended my famine on Friday and did nothing but eat and watch Dexter. First workout is this morning.
