day 12 weight 179

btw I found a solution to my dead zone problem its called dead benching.. basically going into a power rack and setting the pins to where the barbell resting on the pins with you in position (laying on bench, back arched.. ect) so that its touching both the pins and your chest.. then you just accelerate the weight off of your chest as fast as you can.

also im dropping calories further..

Im thinking 3500 on lifting days and 2600(maintenance) on off days

this may be where I stay for the remainder of this run.. we will see if i start to lean out more..

wanted to take a look and see how ebol was helping out as far as more workouts per number of days

by day 12 of feast in run one I had 3 workouts in... just the main lifts

by day 11 of feast in run 2 I had 3 workouts in with 2 edt blocks static hold and abs

it should be noted that I worked out immediately after the 3 day overfeed in run 2 but waited 2 days after run one.

am going to switch to a wider grip and see if it helps my bench out... my numbers will most likely go down

Sweet, if you can start overloading some weight with static holds. It will help you bench too

yea I think my grip is actually what most people consider a close grip.. soo its probably holding my bench back a ton..

switch to wider grip.. how far past shoulder width should my grip be?
