Squats: 5x190, 5x210, 5x225
Deadlifts: 5x225

Standing Military Press 95lbs: 6,6,6,6,6

Weight: 148 (+3) Didn't get to eat much today... really busy today and yesterday

Workout:

Exercise 1
Bench Press: 1x150, 1x170, 1x190

Exercise 2
Deadlifts: 1x260, 1x275, 1x280

Exercise 3
Squats: 1x260, 1x280, 1x300

The only thing I moved up in is squats...

Day 19:

Weight: 145 (+0) Had a little too much fun last night... dammit.

Day 20:

Weight: 146 (+1) Starting to gain again...



Will post day 21 later tonight once I'm done with the workout.

Well I got sick again, this time I don't think I'll be able to workout for a week or two. This sucks, I was at GLP2. I guess I'll make a new log when I start again.
