Street-dreams Second Bp Run

Post by Street-dreams »

I am in the process of taking my week off right now before I start the famine. Next Sunday I will begin with famine and then will jump right into
HIT and then GLP2.

I am very excited for this run to start.

I will be using ecdy for the first time on this run (E-bol) I decided to just use it as specified on the bottle (6 pills for 25 days) because in my opinion at least on my last run, the majority of the gains happened after the first 6 workouts and soo I could probably see better results if i dosed the ebol higher during that time. :) plus I dont want to waste the Turk in the product by under dosing it. In the future I may run 4 caps a day, but I will have a point of reference compared to running it as the label suggests.

The supps:

Testbooster/Nutrient partioner/ecdy
Ai TestoPro
Ai Stoked
Ai Glycobol
Thermolife Ebol

Foundational health
CL Orange triad
CL orange oximega fishoil
Russian bear 5000 weight gainer
Sportpharma creatine
allmax beta alanine
"the formula"
BSN syntha 6
BSN truemass

I decided to run the formula all the way thru this run.. My thought process is that Ill build more muscle and with more muscle ill lose more fat during my cut for the summer. :)

anyways my famine officially begins 1/23/11

well, I used it once and It seemed like it definitely accelerated my recovery time. Most of the time when I dead lift it takes like 4-5 days until I don't feel the tightness I think after the formula it was reduced to like 2-3 days.. I haven't had a chance to use the formula with the latest ingredient yet and wont have a chance until I startup The HIT during this run. I want to say that it probably just about halves my recovery time.

Very nice. And by cutting your recovery time in half.... you've now DOUBLED the # of productive sessions you'll have in every week/month, year etc.

See where that's going? Only getting better folks. There are ever BETTER versions in the works.

Some very, very well connected source people have recently jumped in (may even be someone here?) and is thinking about doing a "Mercedes" Formula of his own.

Hmmmmm.... :)

If you're going to take these to the limit, consider these:

Credit: Pete Sisco of SCT fame.

He and I have been chatting

Pete Sisco:

"One I’ve found is Alan Trombetta’s handgrips. They have a thick, effective cushion and I’ve heard from people who have added 40 or more pounds to their bench press the day the pads arrived and then improved from there. That’s impressive".

Google that, you'll find them. Tried to link but it was broken. Get in touch with DaCookie.

He just ordered them :)

If you're going to take these to the limit (upper body, lower body etc) consider these:

Also, get one of these:

IRONMIND HIP BELT
https://www6.mailordercentral.com/ironmi ... umber=1220

SPUD SQUAT BELT
https://www.flexcart.com/members/eliteft ... D&pid=1595

If you do order either one, I highly suggest getting the Ironmind loading pin, which can be found here and makes loading/unloading a snap:

15" LOADING PIN
https://www6.mailordercentral.com/ironmi ... ber=1314-C

If you get just ONE, get the loading pin. You can always rig something up with an old belt. Vertical loading of the spine with these kind of weights on top of your SQ's/DL's etc can be bad news.

Yours truly leanred that lesson the hard way... and hope you don't have to :)

Famine Day 1

20g protein..

did my all body weight routine.. OMG do I feel weak :P

interesting to see how this plays out :)

I got the idea about this when I tried the all bodyweight workout during a bulk.. it absolutely destroyed me SO i figured it was GOOD at depleting substrate.. :)

It might workout TOO well.. Ill keep an Eye on it and see.

Famine day 2 weight 174 (not dehydrated anymore so I think I would've actually registered some weight loss had I not been dehydrated yesterday)
