The Kat is BACK! And it has been a looong several months... Where to begin. Wrestling has been... wrestling. I'm back up to 145 lbs, which may seem low, but I promise you, 145 is a good thing right now. I certified in Nov. at just barely below 160. I dropped down to 152 pretty quickly, and then started making my way down to 145. Just a couple weeks ago I got down to my lowest all year at 138. I was definitely not feeling (or looking) very healthy that low, so I decided to bump back up... although I wish I had taken a picture, that would've made a helluva before/after. The season only has 2-3 weeks left, and then it's back on track for KatZilla! I'm about to order my KA and AN here in a moment, along with my BP Keys tshirt. I absolutely cannot wait to be back up to eating a few thousand calories a day, and being able to drink all the water I can handle. Cutting weight like this really starts to mess with you after a while.

Anyway, I haven't set anything in stone yet, but I'm considering Strossen's SuperSquats for my first run back. I could definitely use the added weight! What's been new around here?

Goodness! I certainly have. Can I wear my singlet when we take over the world? It's even all blue.

EDIT: Also, is "The Formula" something I've missed as well? Just saw it referenced in a couple posts there.

Bought a BP shirt a couple hours ago when I placed my order for KA and AN! :P Love the design, and thanks for the PM, I'll probably shoot one back at you in a bit after I peruse through it.

Well, the wrestling season is officially ending either this weekend or next weekend (depending on my performance), and I'm planning on jumping right in to my next run. Which means it's time to start planning! Famine is pretty straightforward (and not a huge change from what I'm already doing), so the main thing I need to get in order is Feast. I think this time around, since my weight is so low, I'll really try to milk it for all it's worth. I've always noticed that more frequent workouts seem to benefit me the most anyway, so I'm trying to figure out the best way to work this out. And, because I've almost never lifted in the last couple months, I can start off with whatever I want.

Do you think a GLP1 immediately followed by a GLP2 is feasible? I'm even considering maybe splitting up some of my days, so instead of an upper/lower body split, I have a day where I run the GLP (or whatever I choose) for bench, maybe a couple EDT blocks that focus on chest/tris, the next day is GLP for squat and EDT blocks focusing on legs, and then have a separate day for shoulders/back/bis. What about possibly even running a loading pattern for bis?

I've already got a pretty good idea on what my diet will be like, so once I get my workout schedule planned out I'll start working on the supplements. I've already got KA, AN, MassPro BCAAs, Multivitamin, Fish Oil, Vitamin C, and some Beverley International whey, so I think I should be set, until I start working on "The Formula."[/i]

some people run famine and then go directly into the "blueprint periodic" which is basically running all of the loading patterns back to back.
