Welcome aboard Thing!!

Great job getting back in the gym. Please PM me with the name you bought under at PayPal and the month. Doing this to protecty your investment and ALL the BP Believers. Hope you understand...

Also, I have an important piece of advice given you're about to start and something in your training history I noted.

Welcome to the family man... :)

Whoa... a 10lb jump in RHR in just a few days?

Have you started Famine yet or are just prepping? Need to know b/c either way, it tells me something..

Let me know!

Take care...

heart rate =72 this morning

Hi Rob

I am starting famine on Monday, this is my resting weak.

For the HR i take it on the threadmills (doing nothing) when i wake up in the morning, mabe the reading is not good that's why i'm starting on the HR this week.

I caught a cold on Tuesday mabe this can custify the rising of the HR, cause today it was down a bit.

The supplements just arrive today :D the only thing missing is my protein :( anyway i am ready to start on Monday.

OK man. Try to get a handle on RHR but don't worry too much about it. It isn't the end all be all.

If you can't get it.... get healthy and move on!
