Great job getting back on track man.

Do you have The Formula? I think you do. If you don't, I'm PMing it to you now :)

Yes I have The Formula, but the materials just aren't in my budget right now. Maybe when february hits.

OK understand. I'm going to PM you an econo version. Doesn't quite do the job of the full up Mercedes but certainly better than sugar water, etc.

Hope it helps.. :)

Supps
TF2 2 Scoops in the AM / 2 scoops pre-workout
E-bol 2 pre-breakfast / 2 pre-workout / 2 post-workout
Reversitol v2 1 in the AM / 2 pre-bed
Slin-sane 1 pre-meal #1 / 1 pre-bed
Appnut FreeTest 2AM / 2PM

10g BCAA + 5g Glutamine during cardio

Notes
To recap on feast week #1 - I was a very skeptical starting this, especially after workouts #1 and #2 when I couldn't move my legs or even think about going back to the gym. But sure enough with proper supplementation, some stretching and some carbs I came around eventually. I look forward to what the following weeks will bring me.

To recap on supps - it will be hard to tease out the individual differences between all of the products I'm taking. Instead I'll focus on the things I can say. This is my first experience with presurge unleashed, and even at 1/2 a scoop I'm very impressed. GreenMag is my favorite creatine, though I can't credit it with anything specifically. Between testforce and FreeTest I can definitely feel the aggression, oily skin, short temper, and all that comes with natty test boosters. So far I've experienced no negative sides whatsoever. I'll do another updated around week 4-6.

Feast Day 11
Stats
Weight: 203

Diet
Cals
2857
Fat
70 g
Cholesterol
475 mg
Sodium
6389 mg
Carbs
310 g
Fiber
30 g
Protein
248 g
Sugars
62 g

Really trying to keep those carbs high, ate a muffin today for the first time in like 2 years, lots of fruit...

Training
Workout #5 - same as workout #1 & 3 with an additional set - man that set killed, squats were brutal, everything else was rather easy. Pretty sore today though, taking a day then workout #6 tomorrow.

Supps
TF2 2 Scoops in the AM / 2 scoops pre-workout
E-bol 3 pre-workout / 3 post-workout
Reversitol v2 1 in the AM / 2 pre-bed
Slin-sane 1 pre-meal #1 / 1 pre-bed
Appnut FreeTest 2AM / 2PM

GreenMag + PSU + Protocol pre-workout
3 scoops PiT peri-workout

30g BCAA + 15g L-glutamine sipped all afternoon

Notes
Nothing special today, back to work today, busier than I remembered. Going to a concert tonight so hopefully I can get enough rest tonight to get in a quality workout tomorrow, we'll see how it goes though. I'd really like not to have to take 2 days off.

I'd look at it a different way... those 2 days of rest are very likely your friends :) You're growing stronger. You're lifting heavier weights for more reps and this means the stresses on the body are increasing.

You absolutely must insert extra rest days to allow the body to super compensate/grow larger and stronger.

It goes like this:

Stimulate-Recover-Grow

Skip the Recovery part and you never get to growth. SRG, SRG try to keep that in mind...

Hope that helps!!

Feast Day 12
Stats
Weight: 204

Diet
Cals

Fat
78 g
Cholesterol
354 mg
Sodium
1554 mg
Carbs
273 g
Fiber
27 g
Protein
189 g
Sugars
31 g

Still keeping that carb ratio high - bought a bunch of whole wheat pasta on sale yesterday.

Training
Off day today - no training - no cardio - light stretches @ home.

Supps
Testforce2 2/2
E-bol 2/2/2
Reversitol v2 1/2
Slin-sane 1 pre-meal #1 / 1 pre-bed
Appnut FreeTest 2/2

30g BCAA + 15g L-glutamine sipped all afternoon

Notes
Took 1 black cats (app nut) with dinner around 7:30 before the GirlTalk concert last night - was up until 4 this morning, never once felt tired. Amazing. Going to have to be careful though, its a stim bomb - or more accurately a stim ICBM. Absurd. Either way, I'm planning on at least 12 hours of sleep tonight before workout #6. Sorry no food porn lately.

Feast Day 13
Stats
Weight: 203

Diet
Cals
2306
Fat
38 g
Cholesterol
533 mg
Sodium
1268 mg
Carbs
252 g
Fiber
40 g
Protein
253 g
Sugars
81 g

Trying to squeeze in more carbs - I'm trying to get at least 80g with every meal...its a process. Breakfast is better, struggling with lunch.

Training
Workout #6 today. I was super tired from the concert still, but I decided to have a whack at it anyways - one scoop or PSU later I was at the gym like I'd slept all night.

DB Shoulder Press - 60's
Walking Lunges - 45's
Bench Press - 135
BB Row - 135
Dips
DB Bicep curl - 35's
Twist crunch

Again, not listing sets or reps to protect Rob and all the work he does. Suffice to say the weights are light for a reason - man does that burn. Hoping to see some huge strength improvements around about the first of February - stay tuned.

Supps
Testforce2 2/2
E-bol 2/2/2
Reversitol v2 1/2
Slin-sane 1 pre-workot / 1 pre-bed
Appnut FreeTest 2/2

GreenMag + PSU pre-workout
3 scoops PiT peri-workout

Notes
Slept like crap - probably because of the black cats, in fact I didn't go to bed until 2 and got up around 7 - so not the standard rest I would like to be getting. That being said I was surprised at how well the workout went, and am more excited for #7 & #8 after full nights rest.

Slin-sane is getting a little bowely - I'm not sure how to try and curb some of the issues that I thought would've subsided by now. I played with the dosage a bit yesterday - taking 1 pre-workout with a banana and my god were the pumps insane. My legs felt like they were going to explode. I will have to try this again tomorrow and see if it holds up.

Recovery is absurd - writing this about 12 hours after my last workout I was expecting to be walking like it was my first night in prison - but my legs are surprisingly limber with just a hint of soreness - I credit some of this to protocol, some to e-bol. All in all very happy with my supps & this program thus far. Though I would like to see a little less weight - perhaps the caloric zig zag will take care of this in later weeks.

Right-O! A half-scoop of Bullet Proof last night and I was out like a light for a solid 8. Shooting for 10 tonight.
