Brandon's 1st BLUEPRINT run

Post by bluespace »

Hello everyone, I'm Brandon. Looking forward to getting things started. Been reading like crazy the last few days with more in my future. Trying to figure all this out but to be honest lost on a few things. But I'll take things week by week to not overload you with questions.

Little about myself. I'm 35 married 13 yrs with a 12 yr old daughter. Just stopped smoking on the 1st of Nov, revamped my diet, and hit the gym. Before Nov 1st I weighed 235. After some gym time and a new diet I'm down to 195-200. Recently I had a bit of a health scare related to some blood flow in my brain. After a few concussions things can get a little messed up in there. Hence the lifestyle change mentioned above. :)

My goals are pretty simple right now. Lose the weight put on some muscle. I'm sure as I get things going I can nail down some specifics.

I followed the log by Turboflex on another forum which inspired me to take it to the next level and purchase bp. So far the communication with Rob has been great and the info alone in the bp is worth the price of admission.

Great job Brandon!!

No easy task getting that weight off but you did it. Good for you!! Now, one question: Did the Dr. give you clearance to go at it in the weight room? I think you said he/she did.

Either way, please let me know and it's off to the races!!!!
