Oh yeah and here's an update too :)

Workout felt pretty damn good today. I dunno if it was just Mixelflick's master plan starting to kick in or what. But I was able to get through the increased sets without too much horribleness, which I thought was going to be impossible. I thought I was gonna lose it during some dips and only got in 5 on my last set, maybe I'm doing something wrong?

Anyway here's my diet for today. I can't believe it was really this good, I must be missing something, because I was at a greasy Cuban place and although the salad wasn't greasy, the appetizers were that I had a couple of bites from, and 2 light beers were ingested

Oh my....

The mysterious silver bag strikes again! Wonder what's in there? Well, we know it's from Australia. Lot's of speculation... I heard some character running around nolinksplease.com called "Mixelflick" know.

He's not saying anything though :)

Felt kinda sick this morning when I woke up, fell back to sleep and didn't make it to the gym on time this morning. Was gonna go after work but I was feeling weird all day so I took the day off. I dunno what it is, I just feel out of it. Hopefully I'm not getting sick.

Going to eat a big dinner and then go to bed early, hopefully I will feel better in the morning and I can get to the gym. Also hoping I'll be less DOMSy by then.

Sorry for the lack of updates, been super busy this week. Got a chance to take some measurements today though, here they are:

Tape measure:
Measurements (in inches):
- neck 13
- shoulders 41
- chest 33
- bust 35
- bicep 13
- forearm 10
- waist 27
- abdomen 33
- hips 37
- thigh (thickest part) 22
- thigh (midway) 19
- calf 13

CLIFFS:
- Chest size down 2 inches, but bust size up 1 inch. Measuring chest right under my armpits above my boobs. Weird.
- Abdomen (where pants sit) down 1 inch.
- All other tape measurements remain the same as from the start.

Body fat:
Using the calculators found here:
https://www.linear-software.com/online.html

- Jackson/Pollock 7 caliper: 16.51%
- Jackson/Pollock 3 caliper: 15.5%
- Jackson/Pollock 4 caliper: 16.81%
- Parrillo Durnin/Womersley 9 caliper: 20.29%
- Parrillo Durnin/Womersley 4 caliper: 25.48%
- tape measure: 23.86%

CLIFFS:
-Some of these went down, and others went up. Equations are stupid. :p
-Since I've heard the Jackson/Pollock 7 is the most accurate method, I'll "track" that one.

Original bf% measurement = 18.85, minus today's measurement 16.51 = 2.34% bf lost so far.

Conclusion: measurements are going down in all the right places, muscles are holding steady, and body fat % is going down. So far so good!
