Hanks 3RD run going for the cut
Sadly looks like I am going to pull the plug on this run a little early 6 weeks total. I am going on vacation tomorrow.
My plan is take a week off, then start famine and roll right back into 3.0.
Quick summary

Works exceptionally, in the last week i drop about 3lbs while gaining strentgh.
The formula/eagle we integral as my recovery times were minimal.

I heard that an inch of snow is enough to disrupt everyday activities in Texas as it's a very unusual event. Don't know about Georgia but it must be close to that.
We don't even talk about 1 inch of snow. Schools will close at like 10-12 inches or when it's freezing rain. The rest of normal life needs 18-20 inches to be disrupt. Snow storms aren't a good excuses to be late at work
