Solid man. Once we're done running that out we'll either change the rep ranges or the exercise template.

Sounds like things are moving right along... :)

Did my weigh-in the other day. For the second straight week my weight and fat% are exactly the same, which I'll admit is a bit frustrating.

Anyway, I'm almost out of KA, so I started cruise this week. Today was the lower body workout for the 5X5. I was pretty impressed with my squats. I did 315 and on the last set I was able to get out 7 reps.

Great job Buffer!

Not unusual to see some addition lbs of LBM during Cruise. Not at all!!

Yesterday was 5x5 upper body workout. I'm really feeling it in my chest today.

The training template shift will do that.

Part of the reason it keeps you hitting PR's and growing too :)
