Famine Day 1 workout:

Not gonna get too much into detail here.. hit 20 lbs more for reps in this workout than i did in my previous famine day 1 workout on squats, not bad. Low-rest sets on 405 just annihilated my quads. No joke

Workout was as follows:

Squats - 405x5,4,4
Seated Row - 200x5, 180x6,6

T-Bar Row - 4 Plates x 6,6,6
Chins - BW x 6,6,6

Preacher Curls - 105x5,6
Hammer Curls - 45x6, 50x6

om nom nom.. may have consumed too many calories today and yesterday. Though today wasn't nearly as bad as yesterday

All good though. Can definitely feel my body deteriorating - meaning I'm headed the right way! ;)

Just gonna have to buckle down for the next few days. Possibly 1200 cals tomorrow.. We'll see

Ya this is my 4th day of the famine and my weight is down like 2.5-3 lbs and my resting hr was up around 15-20. I'm thinking I may skip the workout tomorrow and feast friday, sat, sun
