hey I was wondering if itd be worth it to take 2-3 caps of Ebol a day versus the 6 that they recommend on the bottle..
2 caps contains
Turkesabol™
(Ajuga Turkestanica Extract - Imported Directly From The Institute Of The Chemistry Of Plant Substances, Academy Of Sciences, Republic Of Uzbekistan Containing: Turkesterone, Ecdysterone, Cyasterone And Ajugasterone) 20mg
EcdyPure™
Rhaponticum Carthamoides Extract Standardized For 95% Ecdysterone 110mg
Ginsentabol™
Korean (Red) Ginseng Standardized For Min 10% Rd Ginsenoside 333mg
Somniferabol™
Ashwhaganda (2.5% Withanolides) 100mg
Ionobol™
Ionol (4-Hydroxy-3, 5-Di-Tert-Butyltoluene) 100mg
Rostanabol™
(25 R)-5alpha-Spirostan-2alpha, 3beta, 5alpha-Triol-6-OH 20mg
Vitamin C 333mg
wasnt 90mg all ur supposed to need of ecdy? (im only 180lbs currently)
I realize you would be getting less than intended of the other ingrediants but I was looking at ecdy sten and u only get 90 servings of 15 mg.. so to
hit 90mg you'd need to get 2 bottles (20$ a pop so 40$ for a month)
if I took 2 caps ebol itd last me 75 days.. I dont know if itd be worth it to run ebol the first 30 days of a few Bp runs and get 2 bottles =150 days =5 months?
any thoughts appreciated?
Taking ebol at less than recommended..

I do think there's some validity to this dosing protocol given the generous amount of TOTAL ecdysterone and associated analogs (25R) contained therein. A few particulars to keep in mind:
DISCLAIMER: This is my OPINION..
- Ebol's formula has a heavier slant toward overall adaptogen/protein
synthsis related attributes given its ingredient profile.
- It also lends itself to a higher PROTEIN based meal (vs. KA's carb
based meals/focus given its goal of substrate storage)
Whatever dosing protocol you come up with, it is imperative that at LEAST 2 of those doses are bracketed around your workout. Meaning one dose an hour prior with a bit of dietary fat and one immediately after with your post-workout drink. Doing so will allow you to derive the most benefit from the product. Again, my opinion due to so many reasons I have rattling around in my head, I'm afraid Carpel Tunnel Syndrome will strike early.
Two very interesting, effective and quality products brought to you by quality companies. Clearly, both formulas differ in accomplishing their objectives. At least it appears so to me.
Ebol appears to be a formula slanted to maximizing the adaptogenic and protein synthesis quality of ecdy, analogs such as 25R, Korean Red etc.
Kre-Anabolyn appears to be formulated to hit on the adaptogenic angle, but HEAVY on the substrate storage given it's tag along Kre-Alkalyn, L-dopa and 4-Hydoxy-L-Isoleucine.
Interesting, yes?
We don't play favorites here though, we focus on helping YOU get the most out of whatever it is you're using.
I've done my best for you in that respect. Hope it helps..
