Ready to get cut
did not sleep well last night. i broke off from studying early to get some sleep, took half a tab of my meds and then did fall asleep till around 2. if i have time to workout tonight after class i will, otherwise ill hit legs tomorrow and chest saturday. my chest is surprisingly still sore.
took EC, ebol and fish oil before breakfast
breakfast was 6 eggs, 1 scoop whey and greens ~480 calories
took ebol and fish oil before lunch
lunch and dinner were both buffalo tenders with some ranch, and a cookie and greens at lunch ~1500 calories
later i took ebol and fish oil
before bed was solution 5, trutein, and a serving of cashews ~460 calories

refilled an old prescription for ambien today since the trazodone doesnt knock me out like it used to. i dont have problems staying asleep anymore so im going to try ambien when i need it. i slept ok last night. i didnt drink enough water again before my workout which hurt a little, but my legs also felt like they never warmed up. ill have to wear sweat pants to the gym next time its leg day.
squats- 95x8, 135x10, 185x5, 225x9
stiff leg deadlift- 225x6

static ab hold- 48 seconds
weights went up easy enough but again, legs felt cold which slowed me down. also not drinking enough water before hand left me getting winded easily. my endurance is always much better when im over-hydrated. today i had a little over half a gallon of water preworkout when i should probably get at least a gallon on leg days. i also may try a thermogenic preworkout next time to warm me up more. i also had a very large lunch and during my workout 4+ hours later it felt like it was still in my stomach and made me feel a little sick.
my back was dying on 225 squats because i had to hold the weight up to breathe, so stiff leg deadlifts were brutal. however im very happy with how easy i was pushing up the weight on squats. hopefully ill be good for a bench day tomorrow

i dont know what happened but todays workout was a waste of time. i had 7 hours of sleep last night, felt fine going to the gym, got a slight headache while stretching and then couldnt lift anything. i was fully hydrated, and took pumpbol and some caffein preworkout. maybe the nitrates caused the headache but this is my third time using it and it hasnt happened before.
bench- 105x10, 145x5, 185x2 then 155x3
db pullovers- 65x5
standing cable curls- 100x10, 110x10
my chest and triceps had no strength in them, and my back was tight from squats apparently so i stopped t-bar rows after my warm up. i tried so do the biceps/triceps edt block but again, triceps were shot. should i redo this workout in a few days or move on to the next one?

Try re-doing that workout...
I'm not sure what it is but its clear consistency is the issue (workouts, sleep etc). We've got to figure out what it is and get that fixed so to speak. after dinner i ate some boneless wings with sauce and a square slice of pizza with a scoop of greens. it was free and i was hungry still.
