Buffer's 2nd run starring KreAnabolyn

Post by the_buffer »

I just finished my mini-cut following my first BP run. I'm now heading into my second run, where I will be using the Mass supplements (KA and Adaptagen N) in place of the thermolife stack.

The supplements are the biggest change to this run. I will be slightly altering my training program, but to begin with anyway the frequency will remain the same as my first run.

I'm both excited for and dreading doing the famine starting tomorrow, but at least I know what I'm in for this time round.

Awesome Buffer!

Will be a MOST interesting experiment... do take care to use a different loading pattern this time around. Meaning GLP 2, the Russian Program or the 10% solution. If you need further guidance, right here for you as always!

Day 1 of my famine is going so slow. I'm off to attempt to occupy my brain with something dumb like trailer park boys and cheerleaders.

Trailer park fun. Nothing wrong with those double wide's. Nothing at all...

So I had to restart this run... I made the mistake of going into the famine with only two days off from my cut, and then had a lot of family obligations to juggle along with my shifts at work. After only 2 days of famine I felt just as fatigued as I had after 5 on my first run so I knew something was wrong... so long story longer... I decided to take the rest of the week off to reset and I will be re-starting this run tomorrow.

SMART move..

There's a reason the week off prior to starting BP is now considered MANDATORY. It's intense, and takes mental and physical preparation going into it.

Good man :)

So today begins my REAL 2nd run. It's amazing how much better I feel than last week. Live and learn I guess.

I suppose it's worth noting that I'll be focussing more on recomp for this run, so I'll be using photos as a measuring stick for success in addition to my 1RM and measurements.

Very nice.

Good thing to start healthy. Better thing staying that way. Provided you do, I have every confidence this will be a GREAT run!

Today was day two of famine, but I did workout 1. It actually isn't too hard yet, but maybe that's partly because of coming off of my last failed attempt as well as the recent cut.

Tomorrow I'll be back in the gym for workout 2. In my first run it was day 3 when I really started to have a tough time of it, so I expect no different now except that this time I know it's coming!

My best ever BP run to date started just like this, Buffer.

Smart thinking.

thanks for the support guys.

I just got back from my second famine workout. I really had to let go of my ego today because I couldn't lift a lot of weight, and fatigue kicked in a lot quicker than normal.

I've found the last couple days that for a few hours after exercising I'm not hungry at all. It's a nice little perk since I'm hungry the rest of the time :)

Great work Buffer!

And yeah, it hits me hard day #3. Know exactly what you're saying here.. "humbling" is the right word!

yes, the dreaded day 3 is upon me. I did a full hour of steady state cardio this morning, and I'm tightening up my diet even more... not that it was loose per se, but replacing some fruit with vegetables.

Be careful to eat enough still. I wasn't feeling hungry at all after my first famine day and I didn't realized I was eating 300 calories under goal. It made my feast not so productive because the step back was too far...

Just my experience
