Well, I did have a single can of soda today, but I started biking to work so that's an extra 8 or so miles a day round trip.

Biking to work?

I hope you live in South Florida somewhere or southern California? Maybe Phoenix?

One can of soda isn't a biggie. Get right back on that horse though! That cheat day is right around the corner!!

Chicagoland. It was around 60 degrees yesterday. And yeah, haven't had soda since.

Wowzers. Good for you!

And nice work on keeping it to one soda. Nobody's perfect, except Curt Henning. Please keep me posted. Ultimately, all this work will pay off once we can get you into a full blown famine phase!

Not this week. It dropped below freezing. But it'll warm up this week. Biking is fun, so it'll be easy to keep that up.

Portillo's

Doesn't get much better than a gen-you-ine Chicago style hot dog.

OK Z, time for the next 2 week phase.

Would like you to keep doing what you've been doing, but cut out all carbohydrates after 4PM for the next 2 weeks.

Do you think you can work that in?

Sure. So does that mean no bread, or flat bread? I know the obvious ones like pasta and pizza will be out of the question.

Yeah. If you must, consume only fiberous carbs like veggies. I know it's tough but it's a solid next step...

Sugar free jello in a pinch if you have a craving :)

PS. Did you lose anything over the past 2 weeks/feel better etc?

My craving fall back and tip has always been "pork rinds"... You *think* it's carb city, complete with chip "crunch", but it's not!

My brother Eric is really good at thinking out of the box and coming up with such tricks, and he gave me that one way back when the Doc' and your "Anabolic Revolution" primer first re-popularized low carb/hi pro, Rob.

AR is still available on the bodybuildingsupplements.com site, by the way.

Timeless.
