Buffer's 2nd run starring KreAnabolyn
I just finished my mini-cut following my first BP run. I'm now heading into my second run, where I will be using the Mass supplements (KA and Adaptagen N) in place of the thermolife stack.
The supplements are the biggest change to this run. I will be slightly altering my training program, but to begin with anyway the frequency will remain the same as my first run.
I'm both excited for and dreading doing the famine starting tomorrow, but at least I know what I'm in for this time round.

So I had to restart this run... I made the mistake of going into the famine with only two days off from my cut, and then had a lot of family obligations to juggle along with my shifts at work. After only 2 days of famine I felt just as fatigued as I had after 5 on my first run so I knew something was wrong... so long story longer... I decided to take the rest of the week off to reset and I will be re-starting this run tomorrow.

Today was day two of famine, but I did workout 1. It actually isn't too hard yet, but maybe that's partly because of coming off of my last failed attempt as well as the recent cut.
Tomorrow I'll be back in the gym for workout 2. In my first run it was day 3 when I really started to have a tough time of it, so I expect no different now except that this time I know it's coming!

My best ever BP run to date started just like this, Buffer.the_buffer wrote:So I had to restart this run... Smart thinking.

thanks for the support guys.
I just got back from my second famine workout. I really had to let go of my ego today because I couldn't lift a lot of weight, and fatigue kicked in a lot quicker than normal.
I've found the last couple days that for a few hours after exercising I'm not hungry at all. It's a nice little perk since I'm hungry the rest of the time
