Is this to be taken preworkout during cruise? Do I need to take it on offdays? If so how many/spread out?
Couldn't seem to find too much about it apart from what was on the bottle.

I strongly advise two at any time on off days because it keeps the Peak ATP in full play. Without doing so, you are basically bouncing the levels of it up and down like a yo-yo, and that's not what you are looking to accomplish. Other factors have a cumulative effect, also. Two a day minimum is my rule of thumb.
