FEAST TRAINING QUESTION

Post by key »

So if i understand correctly.

For feast we do 5 workouts to get our 1 rm for bench and squats

then we move in the glp for 6 workouts.

So does that mean the entire feast phase is comprised solely of these 11 workouts?

If so, than it seems we are only hitting chest and legs directly for the glp.

So for the glp, we dont do any kind of db shoulder presses or etc?

You seem to be grasping the basics but are missing some key points. Before I get into the specifics, may I ask what name you bought under at PayPal?

Please PM me and I will clarify.

Sorry to have to do this but recent events have made it necessary. I am fiercely protective of the investment you (hopefully) made in The Blueprint and doubly so for known BP Believers who have put their trust in me.

I take these matters seriously.

actually its 17 i believe :) glp is 6 upper body workouts and 6 lower body workouts a split similar to mine was

day 1: Upper
day2:Lower
3:rest
4:upper
5:rest
6:Lower
7:rest
REPEAT

for my upper days i would train 1 day chest/back the other day arms!
one lower day i would train shoulder the other i would train legs.

This isn't the exact blueprint protocol but I find its working great for me and everyone is different so see what works best for you!
