This is approx what I did on Sunday ("Monday's" workout)

Partial Squats / One-Arm DB Row
160x6 / 35x6
160x6 / 35x6
160x6 / 35x6

Standing EZBar Curls
50x6

Incline DB Hammer Curls
20x5

I know I left out a set of concentration curls but.. I was pretty pwned and there was a lot going on!

I have some questions about the 2nd workout (that I will be doing this evening)...

EDIT: I went to the sticky and read it the whole way through to double check... I know what I have to do now, but i really suggest you edit that first post so that the wording makes more sense! Some of us (like me) are lazy!

WG Bench Press / DB Shoulder Press (1 set, 1 min rest, 8-10reps)
CG Bench Press / DB Shoulder Press (1 set, 1 min rest, 8-10reps)
Incline Bench Press / DB Shoulder Press (1 set, 1 min rest, 8-10reps)
Decline Bench Press / DB Shoulder Press (1 set, 1 min rest, 8-10reps)
Decline CG Bench Press (1 set, 1 min rest, 8-10reps)
Skullcrushers (1 set, 1 min rest, 8-10reps)
Cable Tricep Pressdowns (2 sets) <-- will sub with something else.

Yea, I'm pretty sure they are, but I could be wrong... We can get some really bad weather here, it's usually more slushy than snowy though...

Famine Workout #2

WG Bench Press / DB Shoulder Press
75x10 / 30x10

CG Bench Press / DB Shoulder Press
75x6 / 25x5

Incline Bench Press / DB Shoulder Press
65x10 / 20x8

Decline Bench Press / DB Shoulder Press
65x8 / 15x10

Decline CG Bench Press
45x10

Skullcrushers
30x10
30x10

...numbers are approx, I'll try to edit in the right ones when I get home... but you can get the jist of how WEAK I got....

I'm exhausted :(

Sunday's weigh in was 65.2kg, I forgot to weigh in Monday but I'm sure it was a little higher than Sunday's (probably closer to 66kg).
Sunday = 65.2kg (143.44lbs)
Tuesday = 63.7kg (140.14lbs / -3.3lbs)
Wednesday = 63.3kg (139.26lbs / -4.18lbs)

Tomorrow if I weigh in at 62.5kg or less, I'm in the right place; I WILL do the 3rd workout, and then I will probably start my feasting right after :p Kind of short because I messed up the first day, but I have a feeling I'm in the right place...

I would hold off until Friday Afternoon to start the feast (which would be 5 full days), but I'll be driving for 13 hours straight so I'd rather not be exhausted and sleepy...

Let me know what you think Rob

What about your heart rate? have you recorded it?

And also, what will you do in "la belle province"? Montreal is about 40 minutes drive from my home.

from December 15 to March 15: YES!

There is a forecast of snow for Montreal Friday and Saturday thought...

And please write my name biGpelo, as bipelo seems weird to me :?

PS: I am going to Chicoutimi on Sunday, which is 400 miles north of Montreal and it's been a week since they have snow everyday! I have my snow tires since November 2th...

Even talk of snow scares me. I can't imagine living in Canada, at least in the winter!!

sorry bigpelo, I was in a rush :p missed a letter!

I may have to cut Famine short; I feel like absolute shit, I'm cranky and irritable as fuck, and I'm very very hungry and sore.

Gotta go find tires....... rawr.......

Alright, surviving the day so far...

My plan is to do the workout, and right after that I'm going to start eating. And I will continue eating until Sunday evening. Monday I will start with the workout routine, and I'll start the supplements tomorrow.

I hope I'm not deviating too far from the plan...

My HR this morning was ~68bpm (took it manually so +-2 deviation I'd assume), I'm pretty sure my RHR was 60-64bpm (last time I took it). Weight was 63.2kg (I ate a little more than I probably should have yesterday).

That's a 4.4lb drop in 4 days.
RHR increase of 4-8bpm.
I feel weak, drawn out, tired, SUPER SORE from the workout Tuesday. I'm not getting sick, but if I keep this up much longer I think it's a very real possibility (gf was feelin stuffed up this morning).

I'm gonna pack the supps I need to take on the trip up tonight, will consult the book :p

Probably gonna get a 1-2L jug of water and fill it with Xtend and bulk BCAAs for the trip (refill each day). Protein powder will likely come too but I'm excited to eat copious amounts of MEAT!

You can skip it/discontinue based upon those #'s/comments. I have some concerns given you took the diet REAL low in the beginning and the fact you just came off dieting for a show. Plus, it's 3 workouts over 5 days, not 4 so it'd be too much.

I'll leave it up to you but if it was me...discontinue.
