Last night's workout was going pretty good until my wife interrupted my workout. I had to leave the gym early so I didn't get to finish my static hold for bi's, calves, abs. I was able to increase my reps for the exercises I did do. I decided to hold off one more workout before I increased the weight. I am going to increase the weight by 5 lbs or so for my next workout.

Great work!

Too bad about the wife interruption. Wives will do that though. GF's too. Hopefully it was for a good reason!

Sunday's workout was pretty good. There was no interruptions this time and the gym was empty so I didn't have anyone get in my way. I was able to increase the weight on my bench by 5 lbs and only increased the reps on the shoulder press. Next workout, I will be bumping up the weight on shoulder press.

Thanks for checking in Rob.

I try not to post unless I have an update or a question because I wanted to keep this log clean and simple without all the chit chat. I hate having to scroll thru several pages of a log just to find the meat. I feel a newbie can find the info faster this way.

Yes and it's appreciated. I enjoy answering questions but sometimes have difficulty/feel bad about missing someone.

If that's you reading, please PM me if I missed something. Doing my absolute best though, to be on here 2 to 3 times/day :)

Well, you're doing a great job assisting and providing support. Don't feel bad about not posting in my thread. You got plenty of threads to look over and questions to answer. I'm satisfied as long as you give feedback if something is off or doesn't look right.

What I meant about the chit chat that goes on in logs is that I've seen logs where people post useless info like taking the day off and going out on a dates. You know topics that are completely off the subject. It gets frustrating scrolling thru pages of useless info.

Well, thanks again Rob for the your support and knowledge.

Ok, here's my review of my run with the Blueprint. Overall, this program is awesome. There is no doubt in my mind that is has been the best investment I have made towards reaching my fitness goals. This program definitely delivered in the both strength and mass department. The best part of this program was the support that Rob provides.

As you noticed above, I gained some weight without gaining any bodyfat and my strength increased at the same time. I didn't take any of the recommend supplements in the BP for 2 reasons. One, I wanted to see how good this program was without any supplements. Two, I was broke so I couldn't afford it. lol.. I am more than pleased with the results I have gotten from the BP without any of the supplements. Also, I didn't follow any diet just to see how it would work for someone without a diet plan. I was really impressed with the results. I mean I ate whatever including junk food and I didn't have any fat gain. I also didn't do any cardio.

As for composition changes, there were a few that I noticed and so did some other people. First was my chest size. My pecs seem fuller and overall more proportional. My lower pecs were lacking a little and now they seem to be evening out. Before, I felt like my rear delts were also lacking. Now, my shoulders look more rounded than before. Even though I didn't lose any bf, I seem to have more definition in my lower abs which definitely weren't there before the BP. And finally, I've added some mass to my quads and hamstrings. My work slacks feel a little more snug around my quad area.

Overall, I really enjoyed running the BP. I'm getting ready for my next BP in 3 weeks. This time around, I will be doing some tweaking and adding a ecdy product along with cleaning up my diet this time. I'm also considering doing GLP1 and GLP2. I'm hoping to hit a 300lb bench and 315lb squat.
