No, I didn't do PSMF in that competition...
I did drop nearly 30lbs, though. It was 16 weeks long, but I made the most progress in the first 8 (dropped 20lbs).

When it was over I celebrated a little too hard and gained back nearly 20lbs though :p

I only did PSMF for a couple days in the contest I'm just finishing up now - the final pics of that will be up tomorrow afternoon or maybe Sunday.

Wow, that's some fantastic progress!

Great work. We'll take that and springboard off it for sure...

Alright, I'm currently on my week off :)

If I can remember, I'll try to start taking my heart rate first thing in the mornings, to get a baseline. It may take 2 weeks before I get a good idea though.

I'm planning to start watching what I eat again tomorrow without being too restrictive; I just don't want to undo the losses I made like the first contest. I still got a few pounds I want to lose but I'm not in a huge rush - I have a feeling doing the blueprint and either recomping or slow bulking will get me where I want to be physique wise. Plus, I have to do cardio as a part of my football training, so that's gonna be happening as well.

I'm looking to order some supplements soon... any suggestions on things I should get/consider?

I'll probably save that Adaptogen N and Kre-Anabolyn for my next run though.

That right there would be a fantastic tag team. VERY interested to see how that plays out in a Female...

AskMass makes solid stuff, as you'll soon see. I'm one week off of Kre-Anabolyn and boy, can I tell a difference!
