So I did my final weigh-in, I was only up about .5 lb of muscle this week, so I think my instincts were right that I've milked this run for about all it's worth.
Anyway, that brought my total up to 7.5 lbs muscle gained! I am super excited about that. My next run I'll be substituting the thermolife stack for the mass muscle stack, so I'm pretty excited to see how that goes.
