Downloadable workout logs?

Hi all

I'm hoping to start my first BP cycle on November 1st, and was wondering if most of the BP users follow the same workout routine, why don't we have a downloadable workout schedule for each phase? Honestly it seems the more I read the more I get confused (been researching and reading BP for almost a month now), since I've been through the stickies and all general info. I'm putting big hopes on BP and want everything to be perfect.

Hey,

this might not be completely true, but my assumption on this is that because the program is meant to be customizable making one-size-fits-all workout sheets may not be too feasible...

but having said that, I have a feeling there will be something like that included in v3.

the best we can offer, is this.

make sure you read all the stickies in my post signature.


read through a couple of logs and see what other people done.


im sure Rob could design a cookie cutter routine that would turn out half the results his current ones do :D

Working on that (and a million other things) for you guys... In the interim, please take it ONE week at a time.

Focus on your off week first. During this time you're doing 2 things:

1.) Establishing your average daily waking heart rate (beats per minute)
2.) Establishing your daily caloric maintenance intake

Once you have those 2 numbers in hand, focus on Week 1: Famine. To look at it in its entirety can be overwhelming here are the stickes again you need:

If you want I made some logs on my pc if that interests you just send em a PM you might need to change some of the exercises that suit you better! I only have a workout for the 1st week fo feast I'm making my GLP one 2morrow :D
