Thanks for your support guys.
Made it through the famine phase. Lost about 6 lbs in those days and appear visible leaner in the mirror.

This was day feast day...finally.
Ate a fucking lot of... everything I found ;)
"Leave every meal with a full feeling" ? Think I'm sort of an overachiever on this one ;)

Also started the ebol at the recommended dose, loaded up with 20 g of creatin mono, and consumed 20g of BCAA.

Any chance of starting training before those 72 hours? Can't wait to get right back to training :?

Thanks Rob!
Maybe question was answerded already, but for the next one set workouts.
Is it okay to go beyond failure or better to avoid that one?

I'd say stick with the warmup / one set workouts on squat and bench and do more with your EDT blocks. You are ramping up to your One Rep Maxs and Rob has set out a good theory for getting there. Once you get through the first five feast workouts, the GLP will provide more progressive work sets.

Oh okay!
EDT Already in the first 5 feast workouts?
Or start with EDT when also starting the GLP?
