its amazing how much of lifting is psychological, i actually read something once that said lie to yourself, tell yourself its less weight and you have lifted it before, and this is nothing... just another set on another day

No biggie missing reps. It's a bit iffy giving you x amount of reps with x amount of weight -- people react differently with it. As long as you put 100% into it, I'm sure you'll grow and won't have any regrets in the end. Keep truckin' .
