Right on. I think that I may actually start my Feast Workouts Monday afternoon - That will be over 72 hrs since my last workout and about 64 hrs of feast time prior to it.

Feast Workout 1:
Bench 185lbs: 1x8
Heavy DB PO 40lbs: 1x10

Squat 235: 1x9
SLDL 155: 1x10 (should have done more)

EDT:
Incline DB 50: 7, 7, 7, 7
One arm row 70lbs: 7, 7, 6, 6

Romanian DL 135lbs (first set) then 115lbs the rest: 6, 7, 10, 9, 8 (maybe I should have added weight?)
Leg sled 4 plates each side for the first then 3 plates each side the rest: 6, 8,8,8,8

Today wasn't too horrible. The EDT was a bit odd for me and was unsure if what I was doing was correct. Wasn't going till failure like recomended but I did feel like I could have gone well passed what I did. Not too tired, though my workout buddy was dead. I think the only one I was dissapointed with was my Squat...felt I should have been able to do a bit more but oh well. Feels good to have my energy back :)
It's a little late but I'm going to be looking into the bcaa loading protocol. Have already had 14 grams during my workout. Would prefer the 3 on/3 off loading protocal.
Appreciate the feedback being left guys.

Also, I have a question over water intake. I try and get at least a gallon of water a day which is a fairly easy feat by the end of the day. But was wondering if we're also supposed to count the water we use for our supplements as well, such as the bcaa? Which I drink about 40oz worth of water from that. If I can then I'd be well over a gallon. Thx guys.

Great start! Most get traction by workout 3, some earlier - some later. On the water, you're getting PLENTY.

Must know where all the bathroom's are.. :)

You can't even imagine. I didn't even know my university had so many bathrooms since this summer.

Feast workout 2:
Finished todays workout and must say it felt a lot better than day 1. Don't feel terribly sore but I was very tired due to my workout.
Here's what went down:
BP 205: 1x3-4 (friend said he just barely helped me on the last, but wont cheat myself)
Pullover 65: 1x6

Squat 255: 1x5
SLDL 185: 1x7 (could have done more weight)

EDT:
incline bench 55db: 7,7,7,7,7,7
one arm rows 70db: 7,7,7,7,7,7

Romanian DL 125: 6,6,6,6,6,6
Leg press 3 plates each side: 7,7,7,7,7,7
My spotter and I couldn't remember whether we had already done 6 sets on the last EDT, but we both eventually agreed we had done 6 already, but we did an extra to punish ourselves for not remembering...that'll teach me.
This workout definitely went better than the first and I know Rob, you wouldn't normally approve of me moving the weight up on the EDT's so soon. But I felt as if I wasn't getting the workout required. And today I got a better idea of what I should be doing.

Feast workout 3:
Bench 215: 1x2
Pullovers 65: 1x4

Squat 275: 1x3
SLDL 225: 1x3

EDT:
Inlince press 60DB: 6,7,7,7,7,7
One arm row 70DB: 7,7,7,7,7,7

DL 205: 6,6,6,6,5,5
Leg press 6 plates + 2x25lbs: 7,7,7,6,6,6

Last EDT was killer. But I got through this workout and it felt great. Looking forward to the rest of the BP.

Feast workout #4:
Bench 185: 1x8
Pull over 60: 1x8

Squat 245: 1x7
SLDL 185: 1x8

EDT
Incline BP 60DB: 6,6,6,6,6,6
Rows 70DB: 6,6,6,6,6,6

Leg press 6 plates: 6,6,6,6,6,6
DL 185: 6,6,6,6,6,6

So I decided to take some of this easy to just prepare myself for workout 5. But still had a very good workout. Pretty excited for my max saturday.

EXCELLENT!

Visualize that 1RM not for a single, but for a TRIPLE!! At least twice a day leading up to max day. Ideally, 3x/day.

Where the mind goes the body will follow..
