One tip on Cissus for injury treatment/prevention:
It's speculated that the lower % extracts are much better for injury healing. I've found this to be true using a 5% extract vs. the 10% found in SuperCissus.
The higher % extracts (up to 40% found in some products) are supposedly better for muscle building/cissus pump. Haven't personally tried that but if anyone has, please chime in.
