ok sooo did workout one of feast and feel pretty weak on the Bp but pretty good on the DL

I did

Bp 45x3 135x3 155x3 175 x2 + 5 forced reps.
Pullovers 50x9

DL 135x3 155x3 185x10
cable rows 145 x 3(really focused on the stretch)

like i said my bench performance was pretty sad.. I was just doing incline bench for 165 for reps before Blueprint started.. grr.. hopefully this turns around in a big way..

ok so workout number 2 of feast still feeling weak on the bench press..

175*3 +1 forced rep
db pullovers 55x6

DL 225x6
cable rows 145x6

I HOPE that both this weight means some strength is coming ( the weight is lean) and that I will gain traction in workout number 3.

Rob, how long does it normally take for people to gain traction?

For me it's workout #3. Some will get it right out of the gate, still others it takes a bit longer.

Suggestion: Try to up the carbs/calories and insert one extra rest day. If you're on a 1 on/1off right now, goto a 1 on/2 off.

That should do it!

ok, well I hope workout 3 ends up being where I get traction.

as for rest I did have 2 days of it prior to workout 2 and there will be 2 days in between W.O 3.

I guess I could eat more however.. (can always eat more..lol)

Alrighty. Let's just see where workout 3 takes us.. I'll take it from there. I do feel workout 2 was an abberation of some sort, given what workout 1 was like.

I don't despair over such things, neither should you. I learn from them, we all learn. We may even learn something that helps not only you, but all BP members.

That is the ideal in my mind. Bad workouts happen. Very rarely though, do bad runs. I am confident we can work together to get you traction!

taking a third day of rest. My Lower Back is still tight.
I feel like I could BP much more often then DL.. as my chest recovers before my back does...
