A. OK like what I see above.

A. OK.

A. Not quite followng on this one. I'd suggest perhaps these:

Hack squats
Romanian Deadlifts

Finish with static ab crunch off of a high pulley.

Would make more sense given antagonistic pairings are involved

btw id just like to add that even tho I ate stuff none of it had protein in it and none of it left me feeling satisfied... I am getting strong cravings for stuff with protein in it. lol

what is the alarm state supposed to feel like? Ive been at this for 3 days and I feel a-ok.. ive posted my macros.. ive not been eating immediately before or after working out.. I have full body doms but other than that I feel fine..

ok thought id add that my RHR in the mourning the past 2 days has been 71 and 72

OK, you're right on schedule! RHR is already up 6+ beats per minute! Check in with me prior to workout #3.

If your RHR is close to 8BPM and you're down 1lb/day since starting.. you may already be there and get a waiver on workout #3.

We'll make that call together!

ok sounds good. I am down to 166 from 170 at the start of famine and todays rhr is 73

Not sure if you've done workout #3 yet but if not.... you get a pass. You're right where you need to be. RHR about 7bpm above baseline, down close to a 1lb/day.

Great job man, great job. You're really not going to like me if you see this AFTER workout #3...

In any case. GREAT work!!

cool :) so just continue with famine eating for friday and then start feast on saturday right??? I CANT WAIT TO EAT anything with protein in it... ive been craving chicken tenders, ham sandwiches, anything with high protein.
I even have hamburger and a strip steak waiting for me... tilapia. :) lots of goodies plus I am gonna smash like no other at work.

day 3 of feast.. been eating a ton.. supplementing and getting ready to lift tommorow
