Poseidon
Rob what do you think of this supp?Specifically to its Improved Skin Tone/Texture benefits. But I would like to hear what you have to say about its other benefits.
I have some acne and uneven skin tone on my face, in the shape of a butterfly. In other words it goes from my cheeks to around my eyes and above them.My doctor prescribed some steroid cream for it but it doesnt get rid of it, it just stops it getting bad/worse than it is now.It helped at first.
Was wondering if this supp could help me with this?
I know you said to dose vitamin b high to get rid of the acne but isnt that toxic?

OK lets look at this,
**Poseidon Complex™ 4999mg
Ascorbic Acid, Folic Acid, Glutamine, Inositol, Magnesium Carbonate, Magnesium Sulfate, Methylcobalamin, Niacin (B-3), Calcium Pantothenate, Potassium Bicarbonate, Potassium Carbonate, Potassium Chloride, Pyridoxine HCL, Sodium Bicarbonate, Taurine, TMG
Will it work? Maybe. But for your purposes I'd much rather see a course of high dose B5, C and Zinc for such purposes. Also, the Thiomax sold here is an incredible treatment for such. With respect to vitamin toxicity, I rather doubt it. Last I knew, no ER's overflowing with vitamin overdose victims. Just sayin...
The above Poseidon isn't a bad formula, but honestly a bit overpriced (way overpriced actually), for what it is. I think the novelty would wear off fast.
Let's not forget Ecdy itself. Patented as a topical in many cosmetics. My nails grow like crazy on KA.

On the Zinc, suggest 30-50mg of Zinc Picolinate or Asparate. Stay away from cheap Zinc Oxide. Ideally before bed as minerals tend to relax you.
At least 1 and preferably 3 grams of Vit C spread throughout the day.
On the B-5, best I can tell you is start with label dose and gradually escalate it, doubling up until such time as you notice an effect. Some guys take grams (yes, 5-10 grams) to get rid of it.
Do clear this with your Dr.. Can't be giving medical advice here. Just relaying what I've seen work in the real world.
I do find the Zinc in particular, is quite helpful in this regard. As well as the Ecdy of course.

It has a diuretic effect, tightens and smooths skin tone... wildly popular with competing bodybuilders who use it head to toe, but we also have a great many clients who use it as a general cosmetic (and yes, on the face, lightly) as well as for tendon/ligament issues (yes, you read that right).DaCookie wrote:Regarding the thiomax, that is for smoothing skin right?Safe to use on your face?

Lots of folks like that, and sure, some are very public personalities.RobRegish wrote:Isn't there some TV news anchorwoman that buys it from you by the CASE?
Remember you saying something like that once.
If something works for you, it's smart to stock up when the price is right. It's time effective, cost effective and gives a sense of security.
Thiomax is VERY popular, because it works.
