On GLP#2 and chest and back have felt it hard both day after and DOMs 2 days after. Triceps are a hair sore and biceps don't ever feel anything. I'm doing cable curls/pressdowns as an EDT block and am seeing increases. Why no soreness? Should I worry?
Not to worry on the soreness/lack therof. If the weight go up - good. If they don't - bad.
Keep it simple. I could pound you with a hammer and you'd be sore. Sore doesn't necessarily mean an area has/hasn't been worked sufficiently. I think you get my point
