guys im entering cruise and would like to get your views on using creatine during cruise phase im using kre-alkalyn as i find it excellent with absorption anyway any feedback wud be greatly appreciated cheers!!

I'm going to be using creatine for the cruise. I believe it's really just the adaptagens you want to stop.

To clarify, KA is a great product for Cruise. I favor it at a bit heavier dosage here, depends if you ran Kre Anabolyn during Feast (contains 500mg per cap).

Absolutely great product. Conveys all of the benefits of Creatine Mono at 1/10th the dose IMO, with none of the downsides (water, bloating etc).
