1. Should the two before two after dosings of kreanabolyn on workout days be taken together? Or did it mean to spread it like 2 before workout with bcaas, 1 after with bcaas and before pwo shake + meal, and 1 sometime at night.
2. When taking kreanabolyn I read somewhere that they should be taken with some fat/oil. Would this change around the kreanabolyn taken pre workout?
3. I know both bcaa protocols have success, but any opinions on the matter would help for future runs. I intend on trying them both for my first run till I run out of my ON bcaa while using the MAP for intra. The logic behind both protocols makes sense, but any suggestions are welcome.
4. Lastly, is bcaa loading phase 1 most effective during the first 72 hours? I can see how it may trick the brain into prolonging the effects over the course of an entire feast phase, but i feel like even if one doesn't plan to do 3 on 3 off, that the first 72 hours should be taken advantage of.

A. Wow this is confusing 1 dose before the workout, 1 immediately after and a 3rd (optional) with a solid food meal an hour later. As you can see, I like dosing all around the workout on training days to get the MAXIMUM out of it. And it works nicely...

A. Just a smidgeon of fat. 3 Fish oil capsules, some natural PB in your oatmeal. Things like that.

A. Tough call here. Both work and work well. If strength is primary goal, I'd say BCAA protocol #2. If max LBM is the goal, use #1.

A. Yes. If not using BCAA protocol 1 here I highly recommend you get on the nuts, olives and liver tabs trick found on page 29 for 10 days!

Ah k thanks for the clarification! And yes I'm currently trying the liver tabs although the olive/nuts part is a bit tougher. And this being my first run, I would like to go bcaa loading phase 1 as long as I can with my ON bcaa's. In future runs, I'll likely only do the first loading phase 1 for the first 72 hours. I'll post up on my log how the liver/bcaa1 trick works for me.
