Yes, the bridge workouts are necessary.

Personally, I'm normally on a 1on, 1off with my Blueprint runs, only rarely taking an extra day off. If you can recover well enough, that will save you some time and compress everything.

What you're doing looks good, but I would switch the KA to only on your lifting day. So take 2 or 3 after your workout, and skip it on your off day. Synthagen and AN are right on.
