Just my .02 I was super excited on my first run to start with 3.0, even as a few others suggested I start with 2.0 first. Hindsight 20/20 I really wish I'd have started with 2.0. 3.0, while very well tought out was a lot for a newb. The template in 2.0 now seems so much clearer and in my opinion the...

I'd say I lean towards a meso/ecto and did 4 rounds with full M7 with no gains. At the risk of offending Carl, can I offer one thought? Is it possible that many of the people that did the 1" arm workout were already doing some fairly heavy arm routines and/or following the EDT blocks of BP that...

I ran the program start of July, sadly I didn't see any of those results. That said, I've been making some steady gains since then using some of the ideas Rob offered as well as loading up on lots of volume with heavy compound movements as well as the M7. I will attempt this again in the next week o...

I'm waiting on one order yet so maybe Mon for me. FYI I tried the Nike trick on a light arm day just to see what happens. WOW, hard to describe the feeling and got plenty of strange looks as well.

FYI, Carl now has the link on the main SHR webpage under eShop to purchase the CD. $20 is still a steal in my opinion.

FYI, I got an email from Carl yesterday for those who signed up originally to be able to order the CD. He didn't mention when the link would go public but I would assume it will be soon. You can email his onair@ email address and he's pretty good at emailing back if you want the date. I've found som...

I did attend the event and can tell you it was well worth the $10. I think I saw a note that Carl will have a link up on his site fairly soon where you get the CD with the Audio and all of the files. FYI, I just ordered all the goodies for the Majestic 7 so hopefully within a week I can post back. T...

Finally pulled the trigger on CC. Wow, what a well written book. Full of great info why the "big 6" are so important and the 10 stage progressions on each one is just plain awesome. Almost done reading it, just no time to "reset" and start at stage one for each one. I picked it u...

Thanks for getting back to us all. Looks like I'll get CC #1 and give that a shot. If Rob has beening using just this for several months and is still gaining I think it'd be foolish not to try it.

Not good. Sounds like it's time to shut down for a while and heal. As much as I love statics I messed up my wrist to the point where I can't press anything right now. I think I'll heal up and come back with a better war strategy for next time. At least I can still do legs and pulls. Get that nerve f...

Workouts 5 and 6 for BP 3.0 completed this past week. Body finally feels 100% after getting that quick sickness. Still bothered by very sore left wrist. Talked with Rob and he said to pull back a bit on the Statics, maybe every other or every 3rd week. That said I dialed up the EDT blocks to make up...

Hey thanks Matter2003! Appreciate the encouragement. Funny how if a friend or aquantence gives you one nice compliment how it can go a long way. Nice to remember that for people we all may be helping along the way. Finished workout 3 today, after a 2 day stint with a fast moving flu like virus and v...

Thanks for clarifiying bigpelo. I also took the time to read teh EDT book and now it all makes perfect sense. I guess the spreadsheet with the possibility for 6 sets threw me off. Now I'm using the stop watch and will follow the EDT plan. I did a 20 min EDT block on my leg workout 2.
