3 day on / 3 day off Amino Protocol

In 2.0 it says to load 40g of quality bcaa and glutamine into a cup and drink in between meals throughout the day. Is it 40g per day (for 3 days) or is it 40g divided amongst the 3 days? Thanks.

Just curious about the cardio. I start my famine on Monday. I read in 2.0 that you should add an hour of cardio to each workout day. I was planning on doing it right after I finished my workout. So, is a long jog the most ideal form of cardio for the famine phase? Thanks This is what I do. Right af...
