thanks Rob. :) that's cool regarding Synthagen, but I was just curious with the supplies I have left from the formula, esp KA pills. I just don't want them to go to waste and hoping my idea of maybe half the formula mix would be alright until I use the last of my supplies till I need to order some n...

Rob, what do you think about doing a smaller version/amount of the formula for this (C.C.)? maybe cut it in half? I enjoy the formulas recovery and since I have a lot of ingredients and pills left, I don't want them to go to waste. Most of my carbs come in the forms of fruit and veggies. A few othe...

thanks guys. I'm pretty much leaning towards C.C. as well. But, did a little research to see what else is out there. I really hope/think this will help my joints/tendons/ligaments/rotator cuff in my shoulder, so i'm pumped about that. the tough thing is I bought all the stuff for the formula and I o...

Well, I was almost 4 weeks into my first BP run, I re-injured my right shoulder shoveling my 120ft driveway. So, after a cortisone shot and assigned 4 weeks of P.T. I thought this is a good time to do some reading. Well I read this book and I like it a lot. Look into maybe reading C.C. 2. I also jus...

^^ I beg to differ about P90x (P90x 2 will be out this month) I did P90x 1.5 times before I tore a ligament in my wrist at work. Its something ppl like as in, a workout and diet plan in plain English and you can do it at home. I borrowed it off a friend, so the cost was free :) but, I had good resul...

so thank you Rob and Mass and all the others!

Wonder who'll be the 1,000th member! :?:

^^ I am curious on how much water is to be used as well. Especially since we are drinking this before, during and after (do you make 1 big container and then pour it into 3 even containers) so it's evenly distributed?

Sorry, I thought this would be a good question or 2 to add to yours.
